Mexican Cornbread Muffins

Four delicious, moist Mexican cornbread muffins.  For best results heat for a few seconds in microwave.  Keep refrigerated.  You can freeze any leftovers.

Flour, meal, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, cheese, corn, onion, bell pepper, green chilies.
